          How will charges appear on my credit card statement?

          Charges will appear on your credit card statement as "Outsourcing.org Membership" along with our customer service phone number.
          How often is my credit card billed?
          Your credit card will be billed once per year. Membership dues are annual.
          Does my membership automatically renew and charge my credit card?
          You have the option to turn off our auto-renewal feature. However, the default method of payment is set to renew on an annual basis and will automatically charge your credit card each year on the date the membership was created.

          To change your auto-renew settings, login to your account by clicking the Member Login link at the bottom of any page. Click the 'Account' link and then click the 'Turn off Auto-Renewal' link.

          How do I change my credit card on file?
          Login to your account by clicking the My Account tab on the upper right-hand side of any page.

          After logging into your account you can change your billing information. Click the 'Account' link in the Member Options box. Select the 'Billing Information' tab and click the edit button. From this form you can change your credit card and billing address information.

          How do I update my billing address?
          Login to your account by clicking the Member Login link at the bottom of any page.

          After logging into your account you can change your billing information. Click the 'Account' link in the Member Options box. Select the 'Billing Information' tab and click the edit button. From this form you can change your credit card and billing address information.

          What currencies can I pay with?
          Outsourcing.org accepts payments from major credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, etc. Your credit card company will typically convert your local currency into US Dollars.
          Can I print invoices?
          Login to your account by clicking the Member Login link at the bottom of any page.

          Click the 'Account' link in the Member Options box. Select the 'Payments' tab and then click the 'Printable Invoice' link. This will open a new window with a printer friendly record of your payment.

          Can I view past payments?
          Login to your account by clicking the Member Login link at the bottom of any page.

          Click the 'Account' link in the Member Options box and then select the 'Payments' tab. This screen displays a history of all credit card payments made. This screen will display a record of each payment with the membership type purchsased, payment type, amount of payment, status of payment, and the date posted. A payment status of 'Pending' indicates that your membership purchase or membership upgrade is awaiting approval by our editorial staff. When approved the status of your payment will appear as 'Paid'. The payments tab also allows you to create and print invoices for record keeping purposes.

          What is the status of my payment?
          Login to your account by clicking the Member Login link at the bottom of any page.

          Click the 'Account' link in the Member Options box. Select the 'Payments' tab. The status column will indicate one of the following.

          1. Pending - Your membership has not been processed yet.
          2. Paid - Your membership payment has been successfully processed.
          3. Declined - Your credit card was declined.
          4. Rejected - Your membership has been rejected.

          How do I cancel my membership?
          You can cancel your membership at any time. However, your annual fee is non refundable and will not be pro-rated for time remaining on your membership. You will be notified within 30 days of expiration of your annual membership.
