Yes, a buyer membership is free. A Buyer Member uses Outsourcing.org to locate companies that provide outsourcing services. Although you can browse and locate outsourcing suppliers without registering as a buyer member there are several benefits of the free membership. As a Buyer Member you can send inquires to suppliers and receive responses and quotes directly via a private inquiry box. You can also browse and search for projects, bid on desired projects, accept or reject awarded projects, send and receive project messages and rate buyers.

The best way to contact companies listed in the directory is by becoming a Buyer Member and using the Inquiry feature. You can use this feature by creating a free buyer account. After creating an account you can login and start adding companies to your Inquiry Cart using the Inquiry Cart feature.
