Bidding on a ProjectAfter becoming a service provider member of Outsourcing.org, you will be able to login, find and bid on projects. Bidding is free on Outsourcing.org. There are no fees or commissions of any kind. Start by browsing categories and projects on the Outsourcing.org Projects home page. You may also use the search feature, located in the left-hand "nav," to find projects that match specific criteria. When you find a project that you are interested in, click the project's name to open a detail page where you can place a bid. Click the Bid Now button to place a bid. The Bid Amount field is for the amount of money that you want to bid on the project. Make sure that your bid is realistic. If you cannot deliver the work requested at this price, do not bid. The Completion Time field is for how long you think it will take to complete the project in days. The Comments field is for any comments that you may have, such as additional terms, your qualifications and level of interest in the project. This field has a limit of 3000 characters. Check off the 'Notify me if someone bids lower than my bid' option if you want the system to email you if someone bids lower than you. Finally, click the Bid Now button to submit your bid. Note that you may retract your bid at any time by going to View Bids and clicking the Retract Bid link. If you have already been awarded the project, you can also reject the award. See also: |
