Our laboratory provides the following services: * 2D gel electrophoresis * a gel imaging system equipped with both visible and fluorescent light sources * software for analysis of 2D gels * a robot for picking spots from 1D and 2D protein gels * a robot for carrying out reduction/alkylation and trypsin digestion protocols * analysis of digested protein mixtures by nanoflow HPLC-MS or MS/MS * database searching for protein identification |
